What sets Dan apart is his dedication to the community.  He was honored as the first ever recipient of the Greater Boston Association of Realtors “Good Neighbor Award”  from over 5,500 members for his work in the Brockton Junior Golf  program, which he founded. He is noted for giving back to the community. In addition, he just seems to know everyone and how things get done.
